Since its opening in 2017, VLNDC has been a project of the nonprofit crime victim services organization Volare.
Starting August 1, 2025, VLNDC’s information will be hosted on the Volare website at volare-empowers.org/vlndc
Visitors to VLNDC's old website will be automatically redirected to the new webpage.
